How to book your service?
- Booking Deposit: Reservations are made in advance by paying a 50% deposit of the total service fee. No date is secured until the deposit is received.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid one day prior to the appointment.
- Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. You have the option to reschedule in case of force majeure, establishing a mutually agreed date.
Pre-appointment Recommendations
- Face Preparation: Please arrive with a completely clean face, free of any makeup residue or heavy moisturizers.
- Facial Hair Removal: We recommend performing any facial hair removal at least 72 hours prior to the event to avoid skin irritation on the day of the makeup.

- Arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $20 USD surcharge.
- Arriving 20 minutes or more late may result in automatic service cancellation, forfeiting the reservation deposit.
