Hairstyling Guidelines & Key Information
1. Mandatory Preparation
Every client must have their hair previously BLOW-DRIED at the time of our meeting. We do not style wet or damp hair. If blow-drying is required during the appointment, an obligatory extra fee will apply depending on hair length and volume.
2. Grace Period & Lateness
We request strict punctuality. A maximum grace period of 10 minutes is granted. Beyond this, a $20 USD surcharge will be immediately applied. In case of lateness of 20 minutes or more, the service will be automatically cancelled, forfeiting the reservation deposit with no refund.
3. Early Morning Rates
For events, weddings, or photoshoots requiring our team to start technical services very early (before 7:00 AM), an automatic early morning surcharge of $60 USD will be applied to the total price.
