1. Introduction
These terms and conditions establish the rules and conditions under which the makeup and hairstyling service is provided to clients and social media artists. By hiring our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
- "Service": refers to the makeup and hairstyling service provided by Hanami MUA.
- "Client": refers to the person or entity hiring our services.
- "Artist": refers to any person working with us in content creation or service provision.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are considered confirmed once the corresponding deposit (50%) has been paid.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
- In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the total contracted service will be charged.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made via Zelle or other accepted payment methods.
- Payments must be made prior to the provision of the service (the remaining 50% one day before the appointment), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property and Likeness
- All intellectual property rights regarding images and content created during the service belong to Hanami MUA.
- Clients and artists authorize Hanami MUA to use and share the images and content created during the service on our social media and marketing platforms.
6. Location and Logistics
- The service will be performed at a single location assigned by the client or artist. We are not responsible for any inconveniences if a location change is required during the service.
- We bring our own tools and materials, and require an adequate and safe space to work.
- Setup to begin the service takes approximately 30 minutes, so we request it be at the established location.
7. Punctuality
- Strict punctuality is requested to guarantee the quality of the service.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $20 USD surcharge.
- Arriving 20 minutes or more late may result in automatic cancellation of the service, forfeiting the deposit without option for a refund.
8. Health and Safety
- If the client has any cold-like symptoms, we request the use of a mask to prevent spread to our staff or other clients.
- Children and pets must be kept away from the workspace due to hot tools and exposed makeup products.
